Alpha Safety COVID-19 Official Response

At the Present time, Alpha Safety has no plans of cancelling any course due to COVID-19. However, this could change at a moments notice if we receive any official government guidance

How is Alpha fighting the spread of COVID-19?

Reception staff will be wearing Nitrile gloves when signing students in on arrival.
Students will be asked to take a pen from reception on arrival which they will be asked to use throughout the duration of the course. They are welcome to bring their own if they prefer.
Students will be asked to sanitise their hands when entering and leaving the training room.
When producing evidence of identification, they will be asked to show to reception staff not Give it to them
If a student is showing flu-like symptoms, they will be asked to leave the course. They can re-book at a later stage, They will need to self-isolate for 7 days and a course can be re-booked after 14 days later if they have no symptoms and have been tested
If anyone has been out of the country in the last 14 days, they are not to attend the course. Again, they will need to self-isolate for 7 days, they will then be able to attend a course 14 days later if they have no symptoms and have been tested
Any of our staff who display flu-like symptoms will be asked to return home and self- isolate for 7 days and return to once symptoms have gone and they have been tested.
Foreign students who have just entered the country in the last 14 days must self-isolate.
Anyone unable to attend courses due to the virus will be offered a place at a later date (within 6 months of the cancellation date) free of charge if they have already paid.

These measures will be in place until further notice

Alpha aiding your self-isolation

We are offering anyone who chooses to postpone training due to the virus a 6-month transfer window instead of the standard 3 months once the invoice has been paid.
As per our standard booking terms Alpha Safety Training Limited reserve the right to cancel courses at any time. In such event, we will offer you an alternative placement at a later date.
