Alpha Safety working in strategic partnership with Coleg Y Cymoedd, proudly supports fully funded RTITB accredited training, through Welsh Government PLA funding!
Personal Learning Accounts (PLA) funding is a Welsh Government initiative providing fully funded, flexible, part-time courses for eligible adults to gain skills, change careers, or upskill themselves.
PLA funded learning programmes allow individuals to access fully funded vocational training on a range of qualifications to gain higher skills and in turn develop into higher level roles in priority sectors.
The initiative is designed for employed individuals who meet a criteria set by Welsh Government outlined below. PLA is also open to individuals who unfortunately face the risk of redundancy and can be managed alongside the ReAct + funding scheme.
