ECITB CCNSG National Safety Passport Renewal

By industry, for industry, The CCNSG Safety Passport is the nationally recognised standard for safety cards in the UK engineering construction industry (ECI). Completion of the CCNSG Safety Passport provides assurance of a commitment to health and safety in the industry.

The CCNSG renewal course is for anyone who currently holds a valid safety passport.

Please note - Once expired, the holder will be required to re-take the full two day course again therefore always worthwhile renewing. 

Learners can renew no earlier than 6 months before the expiry of their current card and successful renewals are dated 3 years from the date of your existing card, meaning there is no lost time by renewing before the expiry.

As with the full two day, CCNSG Safety Passport course the one-day renewal programme allows your staff to work across multiple sites while maintaining a constant standard of Health and Safety performance.

Temporary CCNSG Safety Passport cards will be issued to learners who successfully complete this course. If a learner has more than 6 weeks remaining on their current card, a temporary card cannot be issued and the current card will continued to be used. The temporary card is valid for 6 weeks following the end date of the course, whilst awaiting provision of the permanent card. Please note, any learner who requires a temporary card must bring along 2x passport style photographs to the course in order to receive a temporary card on successful course completion.
