• An in-date and valid ECITB CCNSG National Safety Passport

The course is based on the concept of ‘The Good Job’ and structured into four elements:

• The Team
• The Plan
• The Job
• Good Job

The workshop covers a number of key topics including:

• How to communicate successfully
• How to work safely with others
• Leading a team effectively
• How to achieve safe outcomes
• Techniques for self-management
• Awareness of health and safety at work, including your responsibilities for establishing a safe working environment
• An understanding of safe solutions to problems in the workplace

Site Managers and Supervisors often set the culture in a workplace and they, more than anyone else on site, playing a significant role in ensuring that a team works safely. The course enables team leaders to positively influence the behaviour of other employees to establish safe working practices.
